Happy with the part I received (a roller wheel for my dishwasher rack). But the amount of packaging was way out of proportion to the size of the part - it was sealed in bubble wrap, enclosed by packing paper and inside a cardboard box many times the size of the wheel. This isn't a complaint, just an observation that you must be spending a lot of money of packaging that's not really needed.
